What you get as a tenant

No app, no password
Your landlord adds your mobile number. You log in from any phone with a code sent to you.
Every rupee on record
What you owe, what you have paid, and a numbered receipt for each payment.
You get a say
If a payment is recorded wrongly, report it with a note. Your landlord is told and the note stays on the record.
A statement for HRA
A printable statement of rent paid in each financial year (April to March).
Only you and your landlord
Nobody else can open your tenancy. Reminders are only about your own rent, and you can turn them off.
