NewsFrom today, dealers and agents can post rentals on RentEase alongside owners. Posting is free, and RentEase does not charge brokerage on any listing.
Every listing says who posted it
When you post a place, you choose whether you are the owner or a dealer or agent. Seekers see that label on the listing, so they know who they are dealing with before they send a message. You can also filter the search by owner or by dealer.
What does not change
- RentEase never takes a share of the rent and never holds a deposit.
- A dealer may charge their own fee. The listing page says so, so ask before you visit.
- Phone numbers and links are not allowed in listings. People message you inside RentEase, and you choose when to share your number.
- Listings that ask for money before a visit are blocked.
Why we did this
Many good places are listed by dealers, and many seekers want to see them in one search. Labelling every listing clearly keeps the search honest for everyone. If you are a dealer, you can list a first place in a few minutes from the Listings page in your dashboard.
