About RentEase
Rent disagreements usually start with a missing record. We are building the record both people can trust.
Why this exists
Most small landlords in India keep rent in a notebook, a spreadsheet or a WhatsApp chat. Tenants keep their own screenshots. When there is a disagreement about what was paid and when, there is nothing both people accept.
RentEase is one shared register. The landlord writes entries, the tenant sees the same page, and neither of you can change it quietly.
What we believe
- Both sides deserve the same page. A record only one person controls is not a record.
- We should never hold your rent. Money goes straight from tenant to landlord. We keep the notes.
- Small landlords come first. A person with three flats should not need training or a spreadsheet.
- Plain language. No jargon on the screen, and no tricks in the terms.
- Privacy by default. Phone numbers stay hidden until you decide to share them.
