The RentEase rent register is one record of rent that the landlord and the tenant both see. Here is what it does today.

Dues and payments

Each month the rent line appears on its due date. The landlord can record a payment as received, and the tenant can confirm it or report a problem. A tenant can also say they paid, and the landlord confirms it. Late, partial and advance payments are worked out for you.

Receipts and statements

Every confirmed payment gets a numbered receipt. For each financial year, either person can print a statement of payments and rent due. It lists payments confirmed in RentEase only, and it is not tax advice.

Nothing is changed quietly

Charges and payments are never edited or deleted. A mistake is corrected with a reversal that shows a reason, and both people see it in the same activity list.

Everything around the rent

  • Reminders before and after the due date, which tenants can switch off.
  • Repair requests with photos, and a thread between tenant and landlord.
  • Agreement end dates, with reminders and a printable plain-language draft.
  • A move-out statement that works out the deposit, deductions and amount to return.

RentEase never holds your rent or deposit. Tenants pay the landlord directly, for example by UPI.
